Sept 7: 6-9 p.m. BYOB Class
There’s not a more interactive and fun class than making homemade pasta with others! You will be hands-on making fresh pasta dough, while learning also how to roll and cut it just like a pro! You’ll get to choose whether to make fresh marinara or mushroom marsala sauce, along with learning how to make homemade ricotta cheese. And of course we’ll top it off with something sweet, whipping up decadent chocolate molten cakes. Yum! After cooking, we will serve your delicious dinner in our dining room while you relax over wine and great conversation.
