Learn about cooking with wine (while drinking your wine!) in a casual, fun atmosphere. On the menu will be Seared Scallops with a Buttery Chardonnay Sauce on Top of Beet Greens, Red Wine Beef Daube Provencal, Creamy Parmesan Risotto, & Sour Cream Poundcake with a Berry Port Wine Reduction. After cooking, we will serve your delicious three-course dinner in our dining room while you relax over wine and great conversation.
