The Happy Macaron baker, Rose Caraglia will unveil her secrets for creating the perfect Parisian macarons. Mastering these delicate cookies means perfecting the crisp shell, making light, sweet fillings and carefully assembling for stunning results. You’ll learn both the art and the science behind this French delicacy.
The class time is 2 hours and we will be we will be making Red Velvet with Cream Cheese & Lemon Buttercream Macarons. You’ll finish with a box of beautiful macarons to take home as well as the confidence to make them in your very own kitchen.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is a combination demo and hands-on class. There will be two pairs per team and class size is up to 16 people.
This class is $110 per pair and for ages 9+.
